Coconut Margarita

1 cup ice

1 teaspoon cream of coconut, such as Coco Lopez

2 ounces pineapple juice

1 ounce tequila

2 ounces sweet and sour mix

1/2 ounce orange-flavored liqueur, such as Triple Sec

1 teaspoon shaved, toasted coconut, for rim

Place ice in a blender and add remaining ingredients except toasted

coconut. Blend for 8 seconds. To make the drink thicker, add more ice

and blend.

Dip wet rim of a large margarita glass in toasted coconut. Pour

blended mixture in the glass.

Makes 1 drink.

1 part Kahlua

2 1/2 parts vanilla vodka

1/4 part Sambuca

Espresso beans, for garnish

Combine Kahlua, vodka and Sambuca in a cocktail shaker filled with

ice and stir until chilled.

Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with 3 espresso beans.

(Serves 1)

1 1/2 parts Kahlua

1/2 part Martell V.S. Cognac

1/2 part Hiram Walker Triple Sec

3/4 part fresh lemon juice

1/2 part simple syrup

Blood orange wedge, for garnish

Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a

chilled, half sugar-rimmed martini glass and garnish with a blood

orange wedge.

Purple Parrot Chocolate Martini

1/2 ounce Absolut

1/2 ounce Kahlua

1/4 ounce Godiva Dark Chocolate Liqueur

1/4 ounce Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur

1 tablespoon half and half

In a cocktail shaker, add ice. Add liquor and liqueurs in order.

Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled martini glass.

Yield: 1 martini.

Kahlua Mayan Passion

KAHLUA MAYAN PASSION

(Serves 1)

2 parts coffee liqueur, such as Kahla

1 1/2 parts tequila Tezn

1/2 part orange liqueur, such as Hiram Walker Triple Sec

2 parts passion fruit juice

Orange twist, for garnish

Shake Kahlua, tequila, orange liqueur and passion fruit juice in a

cocktail shaker with ice, and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with an orange twist.

1 cup  Cranberry Juice Cocktail
1/2 cup  Vodka
1/4 cup  Triple Sec
1 teaspoon Fresh Lime Juice
Ice
Fresh Cranberries
Lime Slices

Fill martini shaker or 3-cup covered container half full with ice. Add all ingredients except cranberries and lime slices; cover and shake.

Pour into martini or tall stemmed glasses, straining out the ice. Garnish glasses with fresh cranberries and lime slices on picks.

Arizona Biltmore Chile and Lime Margarita

1 1/2 cups crushed ice
1 1/2 ounces Jose Cuervo Gold Tequila
1 ounce triple sec
2 ounces sweet and sour mix
1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 ounce jalapeno juice
Lime wedges
Kosher salt or margarita salt
Red chile pepper to garnish

Combine all ingredients in blender and mix. Rub rim of glass with lime, dip into kosher salt or margarita salt, and pour in the drink.

Garnish with lime wedge and red chile pepper.
